RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Clear returns for power equipment purchases.

We stand behind Erayak power solutions and aim to handle every return request fairly, quickly, and transparently. Please review the eligibility requirements below before starting a return.

30-day refunds apply only to unopened and unused products.

Standard 30-day refunds for non-defective returns are available only for products that are unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, inserts, parts, and proof of purchase.

1. Standard 30-Day Return Eligibility

To qualify for a standard 30-day return and refund, the product must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Unopened condition required: the product must remain sealed and unopened.
  • Unused condition required: the product must not be started, operated, installed, modified, fueled, oiled, tested, or used in any way.
  • Original packaging required: the product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, inserts, parts, and protective materials.
  • Proof of purchase required: please provide your order number, receipt, or purchase confirmation.
  • Return approval required: all returns must be approved by Erayak before the product is shipped back.

Important condition note

For power equipment, “used” includes but is not limited to adding fuel, adding oil, starting the engine, connecting the product to equipment, testing operation, installation, modification, or any visible sign of use.

2. Items Not Eligible for a Standard 30-Day Refund

The following items are not eligible for a standard 30-day refund:

  • Opened products: products that have been opened or removed from their original sealed packaging.
  • Used products: products that have been started, operated, installed, modified, fueled, oiled, tested, or used in any way.
  • Incomplete returns: products missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, inserts, parts, proof of purchase, or protective materials.
  • Customer-caused damage: products damaged by misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modification, improper storage, improper maintenance, accidents, external causes, or failure to follow the product manual.
  • Unauthorized returns: products shipped back without prior return authorization from Erayak.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. These cases are handled separately from standard unopened-product returns.

  • Documentation may be required: we may request photos, videos, packaging images, shipping label images, serial number information, or troubleshooting details.
  • Case review: Erayak will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution based on the product, condition, and evidence provided.
  • Possible solutions: depending on the case, Erayak may provide technical guidance, replacement parts, a replacement unit, or an approved return or refund solution.
  • Keep packaging: please keep the original product packaging and shipping materials until your case has been reviewed and resolved.

Quality issue does not mean automatic refund

For damaged, defective, or malfunction-related claims, Erayak may first provide troubleshooting, technical support, replacement parts, or replacement support before approving a return or refund.

4. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If the return is approved due to an Erayak-related issue, we will provide return instructions and support.

  • Damaged or defective on arrival
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Verified order fulfillment error
  • Other approved Erayak-responsible issues

Customer Pays

Customer preference returns

If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Change of mind
  • Ordered the wrong model or specification
  • No longer needed
  • Address changed after shipment

5. How to Start a Return

Please follow the steps below to request a return:

  1. Submit a request: start a self-service return request or contact Erayak support with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval: our team will review eligibility and provide return instructions if the request is approved.
  3. Ship only after approval: do not ship any product back before receiving authorization and return instructions from Erayak.
  4. Inspection and refund: after the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

  • Inspection required: all returned items are inspected to confirm eligibility and condition.
  • Processing time: approved refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection.
  • Original payment method: refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
  • Bank processing time: your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Rejected returns: if a returned product does not meet this policy, the refund may be denied.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours if they have not yet shipped or entered final fulfillment processing.

  • Before shipment: if your order has not yet shipped or entered final fulfillment processing, we will do our best to cancel it upon request.
  • After shipment: once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Return after delivery: if the order has already shipped, a refund may only be issued after the product is returned, received, inspected, and approved under this Return & Refund Policy.

8. Large or Bulky Products

For large power equipment, Erayak may recommend troubleshooting, replacement parts, or technical guidance before approving a physical return.

  • Technical support first: many product issues can be resolved faster through troubleshooting or replacement parts.
  • Return handling: large or heavy items may require special return instructions.
  • Do not return without approval: unauthorized returns of bulky products may be rejected.
