CANCELLATION POLICY

Purchase options made clear before you commit.

Some Erayak products or offers may be made available through special purchase options, including subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy programs. This policy explains how these purchase options may be changed or cancelled.

Please review the terms before placing your order.

Availability, billing timing, cancellation rights, and refund eligibility may vary depending on the purchase option selected at checkout. Your order confirmation email may include links or instructions for managing eligible purchase options.

Try Before You Buy

Trial-based purchase options

Your payment method may be authorized before shipment and charged if the product is not returned within the required trial period.

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration, delivery frequency, and billing terms selected at checkout.

  • Recurring billing: Your payment details are stored securely and may be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Auto-renewal: Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected subscription period unless cancelled.
  • Manage or cancel: If you want to change or cancel a subscription, you may do so through the link provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting our support team.
  • Timing matters: Cancellations or changes should be completed before the next billing date or shipment processing date. Once an order has already shipped, it may need to be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is temporarily out of stock, newly launched, or scheduled to become available at a future date.

  • Payment timing: Depending on the pre-order offer, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout.
  • Stored payment method: If applicable, your payment method may be stored securely and charged for the full or remaining balance before fulfillment.
  • Cancellation before fulfillment: A pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled or shipped may be cancelled by contacting Erayak support.
  • After fulfillment: Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may request a return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy, if eligible.

3. Try Before You Buy

If a product is offered through a try-before-you-buy program, your payment method may be authorized before the product is fulfilled and shipped.

  • Trial period: You will have a specified amount of time to decide whether you want to keep the item.
  • Return during the trial: If you decide not to keep the item, you must follow the return instructions and complete the return within the required trial period.
  • Automatic charge: Once the trial period ends, if the item has not been returned according to the program terms, your payment method may be charged for the full purchase amount.
  • Condition requirements: Returned items must meet the condition requirements stated in the try-before-you-buy offer and our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Standard Order Cancellations

For regular one-time purchases that are not subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy orders, cancellation availability depends on whether the order has already entered fulfillment.

  • Before shipment: If your order has not yet shipped or entered final fulfillment processing, we will do our best to cancel it upon request.
  • After shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the product meets our Return & Refund Policy requirements.
  • Cancellation window: Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to request a cancellation.
  • Refund timing: Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

5. Orders Already in Fulfillment

Because many Erayak products are fulfilled quickly from warehouse locations, an order may enter processing shortly after checkout.

  • Fulfillment in progress: If the order has already been picked, packed, transferred to a carrier, or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
  • Carrier handoff: Once tracking has been created or the package has been handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer available.
  • Return instead of cancellation: If cancellation is no longer possible, you may submit a return request after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
