Erayak is committed to making power equipment delivery simple, transparent, and reliable. Eligible orders ship free to the contiguous United States and Canada from our local warehouse network.
Free shipping for eligible U.S. and Canada orders.
Free ground shipping is available for eligible orders shipped to the contiguous United States and Canada. Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, destination, carrier capacity, and order volume.

- Currently unavailable: Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- Warehouse fulfillment: products ship locally from a United States or Canada warehouse when inventory is available.

Free ground shipping
- Free shipping: all eligible orders to the contiguous United States and Canada ship free.
- No surprise ground-shipping charge: the shipping cost is covered at checkout for eligible destinations.
- Additional fees: if a special delivery arrangement is required, our support team will contact you before proceeding.

Depending on product size, warehouse location, destination, and carrier availability, orders may be shipped through one of the following methods:

1. Order Handling Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 0–1 business days.
- Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Processing speed: many orders are prepared quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update or cancel an order.
- Inventory status: handling time may vary if the item is temporarily out of stock or requires fulfillment from a different warehouse.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–6 business days after shipment.
- Delivery estimates: delivery time is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
- Carrier delays: weather, holidays, high shipping volume, remote destinations, or carrier disruptions may affect delivery time.
- Large products: bulky or heavy power equipment may require additional handling time depending on the carrier and destination.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
- Tracking updates: tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
- Multiple packages: if your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.
- Order support: if your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.
4. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
- Incorrect address: Erayak is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout.
- Address changes: once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
- Returned shipments: if a shipment is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges or processing time may apply.
5. Stock Availability & Warehouse Location
Actual delivery time may be impacted by stock availability and the warehouse nearest to your delivery address.
- Local warehouse fulfillment: we aim to ship from the nearest available warehouse when possible.
- Inventory changes: product availability may change quickly during high-demand periods.
- Time-sensitive orders: if you need the product by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can help check warehouse availability.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, please contact Erayak support as soon as possible.
- Damaged delivery: please keep the original packaging and take photos of the product, shipping box, label, and visible damage.
- Carrier investigation: some shipment issues may require a carrier investigation before a resolution can be completed.
- Support review: depending on the case, Erayak may provide replacement support, parts assistance, or another approved solution.
